Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Global Web Products Ltd (“we”, “us”), the operator of Partymetro, for use of the Partymetro app and website. By using Partymetro, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to use Partymetro. By using it you confirm that you are.
2. Your account and device
Partymetro signs you in using a key held on your device rather than a password. Keep your device secure — anyone with access to it may be able to use your account. Tell us promptly if you lose access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Partymetro to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm anyone;
- misuse another person’s location or personal information, or share it beyond what they’ve agreed to;
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to break anyone else’s rights;
- attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the events, messages and other content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and display it in order to run the service for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you post and share.
5. Location and safety
Partymetro lets you share your location deliberately and revocably. You decide when to share, with whom, and at what precision, and you can become invisible instantly with Ghost or Panic Ghost. You are responsible for choosing who to share with. We are not responsible for what other people do with information you choose to share with them, so share thoughtfully.
6. Availability
We work to keep Partymetro running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of the service or from other users’ conduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Partymetro and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Partymetro means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
