Delete your account

You can delete your Partymetro account and its data at any time. There are two ways.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Partymetro and go to the You tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

By request

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address or with the display name associated with your account, and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile;
• your device key (the credential this device used to sign in);
• events and trips you created, and your RSVPs and check-ins;
• messages you sent and other content tied to your account.

Your live location is never stored long-term in the first place — it expires within 24 hours regardless. Some minimal records may be retained only where the law requires, and back-ups are cycled out on a rolling basis.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
